Butternut Squash Ravioli w/ Brown Butter Sage
2 butternut squash cubed (peel & seeded )
Season butternut squash w/ salt , pepper, granulated garlic and fresh grated nutmeg
Roast squash in oven at 400 until tender approximately 30 minutes
Smash w/ a fork in a bowl w/ 1 stick of butter
Place squash on rolled out pasta and cut into a ravioli form
Cook Raviolis in boiling water until floating
Brown Butter Sage Sauce
Heat 2 Tablespoons of butter over med/ low heat
Add fresh sage leaves
Add Ravioli saute approximately 2 minutes
Enjoy!
