Mussels
Paired with Pearl Street Wheat or Clusterfuggle
2 Pounds of Fresh Mussels
1 Clove of Garlic
2 Tablespoon of Diced Fennel
1/2 Cup of Raddichio
2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
1 Teaspoon of Curry Paste
4 Ounces of Pearl Street Wheat (MGB Exclusive)
1 Teaspoon of Salt
3 pieces of French Baguette
Heat oil in a pan. Slice garlic into thin pieces then saute garlic, raddichio and fennel together. Afterward add mussels into the pan and saute for 2 minutes. Deglaze with Pearl Street and curry combination. Add butter to the pan and salt and then let liquid reduce. After serve and enjoy with some nice crusty French Baguettes.
