BACON-SCALLION N' BEER CREAM CHEESE DIP

Ingredients
- 2 ea Tubs Bruegger's Bacon Scallion Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Great Lakes Dortmunder Beer
- 2 cups grated Sharp Cheddar
- 4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 sweet pickle spear finely chopped
- In a deep mixing bowl, use a rubber spatula work the cream cheese to loosen its texture
- Add the grated cheddar, bacon crumbles and pickle, when completely mixed, slowly add the beer.
- Incorporate until a light creamy texture is achieved
Bagel Chips
- Plain or Sesame Bagels
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Set oven at 325º F
- Cut bagels into 1/6" sections (rounds look good but snap off in the dip)
- Lay on a cookie sheet
- Drizzle with olive oil and kosher salt
- Bake for approx. 12 minutes or until chips until golden brown at the edges.
