Mark Nolan's Grilled PB & J

Make your PB & J sandwiches.  Melt butter in a frying pan and grill until golden brown on each side.

Mark's Chocolate Covered Bacon

Cook bacon until crisp.  Dip the bacon in chocolate, coating half of the bacon strip.  Let sit until chocolate firms up, then serve.
