It's a bitter custody case that is getting national headlines. A New York man is in a cross-country battle with his ex-girlfriend over their dog Knuckles. The man has spent more than $60,000 to try and get the dog back from his ex, who is now living in California. He is charging her with kidnapping. His ex is calling foul, saying the dog was an unconditional gift.
