CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Police confirm they responded to reports of a dead body under the bridge at Broadway Avenue and I-90 around 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Officers found a badly decomposed body with a bag over its head. The bag over the man's head contained an aerosol paint can.
The initial call came from workers who called police.
The preliminary report appears to be a probable accidental overdose.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner was called to the scene and they will determine the final cause of death.
