CLEVELAND -- A man considered armed and dangerous, and wanted for murder, was arrested late Tuesday night.
Robert Franks was arrested by the Cuyahoga Heights Police Department after a chase through the Cleveland Metroparks Tuesday night.
Police at the scene told Channel 3 they believe Franks tossed the murder weapon in the river during the chase.
Detectives made a plea early Tuesday for information leading to Franks' arrest.
Police say Franks shot Jeffrey Antal in the backyard of a home on Brinsmade Avenue Monday.
At the time, they believed Franks fled the scene of the crime on a bicycle.
A bike was located during Franks' arrest Tuesday night.
