CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Police apprehended a man suspected of robbing a home in broad daylight and in plain sight.
Witnesses called police after watching the suspect loading items from an E. Broadway Street home into a green car and leaving the scene Wednesday morning around 9:45 a.m.
Cuyahoga Falls police worked closely with Tallmadge police department to investigate the incident. Friday, they nabbed their suspect, Jason Ferrell, 36, just two days after the burglary.
Ferrell was taken into custody and charged with burglary. He is currently being held in the Summit County Jail.
