GEAUGA COUNTY -- A Geauga County Grand Jury has indicted T.J. Lane in the Chardon High School shootings.
The jury returned indictments on six counts against the 17 year-old including charges of aggravated murder and felonious assault.
A court hearing last month determined that Lane would face trial as an adult in connection with the Feb. 27 shootings at Chardon High School.
Three students died in the shootings. Two were seriously hurt. Another student was grazed by a bullet.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges on June 8.
Lane remains in custody.
