There's the Halloween trick-or-treating scene on a street in Beachwood, the Coventry Food Mart in Cleveland Heights, the Shore Cultural Center in Euclid doubles as a high school, while you can see where they transformed several vacant buildings in Cleveland into businesses, like Captain Chicken's and a yogurt stand.

The movie takes place on Halloween. Justice, of Nickelodeon fame, plays a teen who wants to go to a Halloween party but loses her younger brother in the city.
