Decadently delicious mocha surprise trifle 7 layers of love

1st layer

 sweet melissas secret brownie recipe (any box brownie will work)

 2nd layer

Chocolate mousse

chocolate   1lb 8 oz

half & half                          melt both over double boiler mix till smooth

                                            remove from heat add 3 oz egg yolks

egg yolks 3 oz 

heavy cream 1 qt  whip cream and fold it into chocolate mixture chill

3rd layer

1 cup chocolate covered espresso beans

1/2 cup reeses peanut butter chips 

1 cup chopped brownies

4th layer 

Peanut butter mousse

peanut butter 1 1/4 cup         cream these three ingredients together 5 minutes

powdered sugar 1 cup 

cream cheese ( room temp) 8 oz 

 melted butter 1 oz             add in slowly while mixing 

vanilla 1 tbsp 

Heavy cream   1 qt             whip cream fold into peanut butter mixture chill 

5th layer 

1 cup chocolate covered espresso beans

1/2 cup reeses peanut butter chips 

1 cup chopped brownies

6th layer

vanilla bean whipped cream 

heavy cream 1 qt 

vanilla bean 1/2 split and scrapped

powdered sugar 1 cup

kahlua liqueur 1 tbsp

 

Final layer 

peanut espresso brittle

melt 10 oz of dark chocolate add chocolate coveres espresso beans reeses peanut butter chips mix spread on wax paper refrigerate just till dry drizzle white chocolate chill break into pieces
