CLEVELAND -- ODOT says the Northbound lanes of I-77 have reopened at Miller Road after an accident.
Traffic iwas detoured via state Route 21 to Miller Road west to I-77 on ramp to I-77 North.
Police say a truck hauling equipment hit the Miller Road bridge.
