CLEVELAND -- Some overnight drivers will see delays as I-90 will be intermittently closed in each direction at East 185th Street from 11:30 p.m. Thursday (March 14) until 5 a.m. Friday (March 15).
ODOT says that area of I-90 will be shut down for 10 minutes once every half hour as crews on behalf of Time Warner Cable string a cable across the roadway.
