CLEVELAND -- Cavaliers forward Luke Walton experienced an elbow to his nose during Saturday night's game against the Spurs in San Antonio.
Examination and x-rays at the Cleveland Clinic today by Cavaliers Head Team Physician Dr. Richard Parker revealed a non-displaced fracture of his nasal bone.
He will wear a temporary, fitted protective mask tonight -- while a permanent mask is prepared -- and is projected to be ready to play in tonight's game at The Q vs. the Indiana Pacers.
Walton is projected to wear the protective mask for approximately four weeks.
