CLEVELAND -- Forbes Magazine has named Cleveland the 9th dangerous city in the country.
Cleveland's violent crime rate was 1,363 for every 100,000 residents. The magazine said that economic decline; prime interstate for drug routes and large population of poor residents is the reason that made Cleveland a dangerous city.
The violent crime rate hardly moved last year but murders fell 27%.
