GARFIELD HEIGHTS -- Garfield Heights Police responded to reports of a home invasion Thursday night on Maplerow.
When Channel 3 News crews arrived, police had the house surrounded but the family was safe.
A witness told Channel 3 News that a relative came running into the house followed by several men trying to get in.
The family quickly called 9-1-1.
There are no reports of anyone being hurt.
A witness says the people inside are very shaken up.
Garfield Heights Police still have not released any other details.
