HAMILTON, Ohio -- A man accused of secretly photographing women in tanning booths at a southwest Ohio salon has been indicted on 14 counts of voyeurism.

A Butler County grand jury on Wednesday also indicted 19-year-old Zachary K. Thomas of Hamilton on single counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

Thomas was arrested March 1. Police said a woman in a tanning booth noticed a cellphone over the top of the wall and confronted Thomas, who was a salon customer.

Police said they found images of at least 11 women on Thomas' cellphone.

A woman answering the telephone at an address listed in court records for Thomas declined to comment. Records don't show an attorney for him.
