The 2012-13 Ohio high school girls basketball season is winding down. The state title games are right around the corner.

As a nod to the season that was, USATodayhss.com/Cleveland would like to highlight the best players in Northeast Ohio. We're excited to unveil our American Family Insurance All-Northeast Ohio Girls Basketball Team.

The 10 girls listed below were selected by USATodayhss.com/Cleveland staff members as the best players in Northeast Ohio this season. Some of these names were on our preseason poll, but others made the cut with stunning performances this winter.

Lynsey Englebrecht - Eastlake North - Jr - 18.8 ppg

Vanessa Smith - Hathaway Brown - SR - 16.7 - Princeton

Hallie Thome - Chagrin Falls - So -  73 blocks, 157 rebounds 17.8 ppg

Hannah Boesinger - Hudson - Sr  - 17.7 ppg - Youngstown State

Deja Winters - Richmond Heights - Fr -  17.6 ppg

Khylea Fullum - Columbiana - Sr - 19.4 ppg

Hannah Plybon - Orrville - SR 24.6 ppg - Akron - over 2,000 career points
