CLEVELAND - Northeast Ohio woke to another morning of frigid temperatures Thursday morning.
Wooster found itself the coldest of the major reporting stations as the mercury fell to -2 degrees in the city. The wind made it feel even colder as wind chill factors were between -5 to -10 degrees creating quite a chilly suprise for kids waiting at their bus stops.
WKYC Meteorologist Betsy Kling says the worst is over - for now - and temperatures begin to warm to more tolerable by the weekend.
