NEW YORK (AP) -- About 1,600 prisoners are eligible for immediate release this week after new federal guidelines on crack-cocaine offenses went into effect today.
CLEVELAND -- Nine area high school students explored Channel 3 Studios for a day on Wednesday.
"Channel 3 News finished first across the board Monday through Friday at 5 AM, 6 AM, 6 PM and 11 PM for the October ratings book," announced WKYC President and General Manager Brooke Spectorsky.
