CLEVELAND — While Ohio and Gov. Mike DeWine continue an aggressive approach to mitigating the spread of the coronavirus, Playhouse Square is doing its part during this unprecedented time.

On Monday Playhouse Square announced the suspension of performances through May 31 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

In a statement on their website, Playhouse Square informed the public that despite this recent decision, they still plan on continuing to work with tour producers and show promoters to reschedule as many performances as possible.

For performances that cannot be rescheduled, Playhouse Square announced they will will explore options for bringing those artists and shows back to Cleveland in the future.

While no action is necessarily needed from performance-goers, if a show an individual planned on attended is rescheduled or canceled, Playhouse Square will reach out to assist with tickets.
