Chef Marcello Florio and Katherine Khoury of Lockkeepers restaurant in Valley View joined Jim Donovan on Tuesday's Donovan Live to show you how to spice up your traditional Thanksgiving recipes.

Polenta Boscaiola

Ingredients:

1 cup polenta
3 cup vegetable stock
1oz butter
2 oz mascarpone
1 pinch salt
1 pinch white pepper
1 pinch parsley

Directions:

Put in a pan the vegetable stock, the butter the mascarpone, salt and pepper and bring to boil ( mix constantly)

Add the polenta slowly and mix. Before serving add parsley. Sauteed some wild mushrooms with oil and salt.

Place the polenta in a plate and add the mushrooms on top.
