First, the good news.
On Monday, it was confirmed that the Cleveland Browns have hired Todd Haley to be their offensive coordinator. The team has yet to make it official, but the former Steelers OC and Chiefs head coach is coming.
Jimmy and I discussed what we can expect from Haley now that he's coming to Cleveland. He has a reputation of being very tough on his quarterbacks (see Roethlisberger, Ben and Warner, Kurt), but also for designing offenses that put points on the board.
Now, the bad news.
The most energy that the Cleveland Cavaliers have shown over the last couple of weeks was apparently at a team meeting on Monday, in which Kevin Love was called out for missing Saturday's game due to an illness.
Just a heads-up, the report by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski filed didn't come out until after Jimmy and I went on with the Donovan Live Postgame Show. But there's no shortage of Cavs turmoil that has NOTHING to do with Love that we got into during the show.
- Who is more at fault for the turmoil? The players, Tyronn Lue, ownership
- Can any of these problems be solved by a trade or series of trades?
- Is the Cavs main issue simply that they're too old?
