CLEVELAND — If you live in Northeast Ohio, you already know that we're kind of a big deal.

The entertainment industry thinks so, too, because Cleveland and its neighboring areas show up often in movies and television shows.

Check out this roundup for things you can binge this weekend that give a shout-out to the Land that we love.

Little Fires Everywhere

NEO ties: Adapted from the novel of the same name by Celeste Ng, "Little Fires Everywhere" is set in Shaker Heights, in the late 1990s. Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington play mothers from different socioeconomic backgrounds who find themselves on opposite sides of a neighborhood rift, with the enigmatic newcomer upending the seemingly picture-perfect life of the other.

Where to watch: Stream on Hulu

Dance Moms

NEO ties: This docu-drama center around the wild world of Abby Lee Miller, who runs a dance studio out of Pittsburgh. The drama surrounding competitions is high in the series. Enter Cathy Nesbitt-Stein of Canton, who runs Candy Apples Dance Center (where this writer took baton classes in the 1990s). Viewers get to watch their rivalry unfold throughout the long-running show.

30 Rock

NEO ties: In episode 20 of season one, the hilarious satire created by Tina Fey devotes much of the episode to the greatness that is Cleveland, even naming the episode after our city. Floyd , played by Jason Sudeikis, talks about how he wants to move back home to Cleveland from New York City, after missing out on a promotion, causing his boss Liz Lemon (played by Fey) to question whether NYC is the right place for her.

Where to watch: Stream on Hulu, Prime Video

How I Met Your Mother

NEO ties: All nine season of "How I Met Your Mother" are peppered with Ohio references because the main character, Ted Mosby played by Josh Radnor, is from Shaker Heights. By the way, Radnor is from Bexley.

Where to watch: Stream on Hulu, Prime Video

Draft Day

NEO ties: With the NFL seemingly set on holding the draft in April, even without an audience, it's the perfect time to watch the dramatic movie, "Draft Day," which follows the moves of fictional Cleveland Browns general manager Sonny Weaver, Jr. (played by Kevin Costner). Tension is high both in the office and at home for Weaver, who scrambles to make big moves before time runs out.

Hot in Cleveland

NEO ties: In the show that brings Betty White to the Land, three mature ladies from Los Angeles find themselves stuck in Cleveland while en route to a vacation in Paris, and find they like the male attention they're getting so much that they move here. With co-stars including Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, and Wendie Malick, obviously, hilarity ensues.

The Drew Carey Show

NEO ties: The show's theme song says it all: Cleveland rocks! Named for its star, Carey lives life to the fullest in the Land while working a 9-to-5 at a fictional department store, and battling with co-worker Mimi, played by Kathy Kinney.

Where to watch: Buy episodes or season one, only, on Prime Video

A Christmas Story

NEO ties: Famously filmed in Tremont, where the "Christmas Story" house is a huge draw, "A Christmas Story" is actually set in Hohman, Indiana, but it's such an iconic film we couldn't leave the story of Ralphie Parker's quest for a Red Ryder air rifle off of this list.
