Hollie's Fruity Dessert Pizza

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or make your own)
8 oz cream cheese, Softened
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup peaches, sliced thin (fresh or canned & drained)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup apple jelly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 - inch pizza pan or use cooking spray. In pan,break up cookie dough and press firmly to bottom of the pan to form crust.

Bake 16 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Spread mixture over cool crust. Arrange fruit all over the cream cheese.

Stir jelly until smooth, and spoon or brush over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.
