For Alfredo:
2 tbsp Butter
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Flour
2 cups Heavy Cream
¼ cup Sour Cream
½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ cup Dry Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper

For Hand Pies:
1 tbsp Oil
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Diced Broccoli Florets (Steamed)
Salt & Pepper
Alfredo Sauce
Pillsbury Pie Crust

1 Egg for Egg Wash

For Alfredo:
Melt butter in a saucepan

Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Add flour and slowly add heavy cream while whisking. Heat through.

Add sour cream, parmesan cheeses, salt & pepper to taste. Cook for 5-8 minutes.

For Hand Pies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook & Dice chicken.

Mix chicken with steamed broccoli & Alfredo sauce.

Roll out dough & cut it in half.

Separate chicken mixture amongst the four dough halves.

Fold & seal hand pies.

Put hand pies on greased baking sheet.

Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-30 minutes until pies are golden brown.
