What's the fun in spending Valentine's Day traditionally?

Think outside the box!

Most Valentine's Days are spent with couples enjoying dinner, movies, and chocolate but quite frankly, it's 2018 and that's boring.

So, with that being said, we decided to check out some unconventional ways to spend February 14.

For those of you in love, the Mayor of Cuyahoga Falls would love to make your dreams of 'I do' come true this Valentine's Day.

And to make the deal even sweeter, you can get married anywhere your heart desires--with just a little help from green screen technology.

All you need to make this happen is a valid marriage license and for you or your spouse to reside in Cuyahoga Falls.

If you said yes to both those questions, what are you waiting for? Head over to the Cuyahoga Falls County Clerk of Clerks located at 2310 2nd St.

Not quite ready for marriage? How about a good scare?

For two nights only, the Akron Haunted School House turned into a tunnel for twisted love.

Guests willing to take the risk were rewarded with a black rose, chocolate and a wristband.

While it may not have been the ideal first date, what doesn't kill you makes your love stronger.

But if you're single this year, don't let love bite you. There are plenty of ways for singles to celebrate.

No Valentine, no problem. Grab your friends and head over to Wine and Design located at 21194 Center Ridge Road in Rocky River for the perfect Galentine's Day event.

The business offers classes perfect for any occasion.
