AKRON -- Three men are under arrest in connection with a shooting last night in an Akron gas station parking lot.

Police say the shots were fired in connection with an attempt to buy and sell marijuana in the parking lot of the gas station on East Exchange Street.

Two of the three involved sustained gunshot injuries. One of the men, Troy Craig Jr., 27 of Atlanta, suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach and is listed in serious condition. The other, Larry Givens II, 20, of Akron was shot in the leg and has been treated and released at the hospital.

A car passing by the station at the time of the shooting was hit by a bullet but the driver was not hurt.

Here are the charges against those arrested:

Andrew Stafford, 26, of Akron: aggravated robbery, tampering with evidence, weapons under disability and complicity to commit felonious assault.

Troy Craig Jr., 27, Atlanta: aggravated robbery, felonious assault, having weapons under disability. According to police, Craig is also wanted on a murder warrant out of Georgia.
