ELYRIA -- Police and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force have arrested an Oberlin man and two Elyria men in the Jan. 5 shooting outside the T& A Bar on Foster Avenue. All three are now in Lorain County Jail being held without bond, charged with murder.

Just before 3 a.m. Jan. 5, police were sent to 801 Foster Avenue to the T&A Bar for a report of shots fired.

Police found Antonio Spraggins, 22, slumped over in the driver's side of a vehicle. EMS were called and they determined that Spraggins was dead.

His vehicle had visible bullet holes in the driver's side of the vehicle. The driver's side window was also shattered.

The Lorain County Coroner determined that he died from a single gunshot wound.

Elyria detectives were able to develop several leads which resulted in the arrests of Jeris Geiger, 21, of Oberlin; Andre A. Jackson, 19, of Elyria; and Jordan L. Williams, 25, also of Elyria.

At noon Wednesday, Elyria Detectives, along with officers from the U.S. Marshal Service Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, arrested Geiger and Jackson in Maple Heights.An hour later, they located Williams at a Cleveland home.
