PARMA -- In their latest flu activity update, local health officials say there were four flu-related deaths in Cuyahoga County from Dec. 29 through Jan. 4.

Two of the victims were between 45-64 years old; one was between 65-74 years old; another was between 75-84 years old.

The exact age and gender of each victim was not reported.

Since Dec. 1, there have been 291 confirmed flu-related hospitalizations in Cuyahoga County -- 190 of those came in the last three weeks.

Officials say 40-69 year olds account for 56 percent of all flu-related hospitalizations.
