1. Two local school leaders facing theft and bribery charges are scheduled to be in court today. Richmond Heights Superintendent, Robert Moore and director of buildings and grounds, Richard Muse, will be arraigned. The two are accused of shaking down a business that was contracted with the school district for $3,700 in cash.

2. This year, partygoers will not be able stop into Tower City. The shopping center, including the food court and all shops, will close at 2 p.m. Only Tower City Cinemas, Hard Rock Café, Morton's Steakhouse, Lincoln Tap House and Houlihan's will remain open. It's part of the effort to keep things safe during the holiday.

3. On this Saint Patrick's Day, it seems appropriate that Ireland's Minister for Health is in Cleveland. Dr. James Reilly will be here for a tour of our Global Center for Health Innovation at 10 a.m. Dr. Reilly has worked with Cuyahoga County to collaborate with Mayo County in Ireland.
