Akron Police say the motorcycle was traveling westbound on East Tallmadge Ave. at a high rate of speed, when it hit the side of a maroon vehicle. They believe the maroon vehicle was pulling out of the parking lot of the Save-A-Lot store on E. Tallmadge Ave. at the time of the crash.
