AKRON -- One man was killed in a house fire on Akron's west side Tuesday morning.
Crews were called to the 400 block of Beechwood Avenue around 9 a.m.
A spokesperson for the Akron Fire Department says a father and son were inside the home. The father, who has not been publicly identified, was killed.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
