Murder warrants issued for teens involved in Akron shooting

Police are looking for 16-year-old John Smith and 18-year-old Tyler Morgan.

AKRON -- Police have issued warrants for two teens accused of shooting and killing an 18-year-old this week.

Police are looking for 16-year-old John Smith and 18-year-old Tyler Morgan, who are wanted for murder, felonious assault and aggravated robbery.

The shooting happened at the 300 block of Margaret Street Tuesday night. The victim, Shpetim Ramadani, was found in the back seat of a Chrysler 300 with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Akron City Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Other people who were inside the car said they stopped to talk to two males at the 1000 block of Herberich Avenue when one of the males brandished gun and fired it into the car. The driver drove off and called police.

Smith is described as being 5-foot-9 and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Morgan is described as being 5-foot-11 and 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police consider both to be armed and dangerous.
