Cleveland Police are investigating an incident in West Park where two people, including a 2-year-old toddler, were hit by a car.
It happened around 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening near the area of Rocky River Drive and Lucille Avenue. Police emphasize that the incident is not a hit skip situation.
The other person hit was an adult female. Both victims have been taken to MetroHealth Medical Center.
