Cleveland Police have released more details regarding Thursday's shooting at an apartment building on Cleveland's east side.

Two of the victims have been identified: 37-year-old Deja Hardy and 37-year-old Ronwell Horne. Authorities are not releasing the name of a third victim, a nine-year-old girl. All three are in stable condition.

According to police, witnesses reported seeing an unknown black male fire ten to twelve shots while standing next to a dumpster on the eastern part of the building. The complex is located at the 2400 block of E 30th St.

The nine-year-old girl was shot in the left knee, as was Deja Hardy, who had been running away upon hearing the shots. Ronwell Horne was struck in his left tricep after stepping out of his girlfriend's home to check on what he though were fireworks.

WKYC Channel 3's Hilary Golston was at the apartment building throughout Thursday afternoon and put the following out on Twitter:

Horne described the shooter as a black male wearing a black zip-up hoodie, black pants, black shoes, and a black mask. Police have not made any arrests at this time.
