The Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland are helping students see the possible.

Thursday night the group held an open house for its workforce development program.

It gives kids who aren't headed to college -- but still want to find a good career -- an option.

The clubs work with employers to train students. If they graduate from high school and stay out of trouble, they will be in line for a job.

The event included Liberty Ford, Orlando Bakery and Hyland Software.
