CLEVELAND — Cleveland police have located the father of a girl who was found wandering alone outside Thursday morning.
Cleveland police say two students who were walking to school found the young child "outside in the cold alone" around 8 a.m near 15720 Kipling Ave.
Police say the girl will be released from the hospital into the care of Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services. Charges have not been filed as of noon Thursday.
The child is approximately 2 years old.
