Cleveland Police and the local division of the FBI are searching for the man who robbed the Key Bank on Chester Ave. Friday afternoon.
The suspect apparently took out a black semi-automatic handgun and ordered everyone to the ground, verbally demanding money from the teller, who complied. He then crossed Chester on foot fleeing the scene. No one was injured.
The alleged robber is described as being in his late 30s to early 40s. Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI or Cleveland police. Tips can remain anonymous and reward money is available.
