Hundreds of people are planning to attend Jared Plesec's memorial service this Friday and the family needs help making sure everyone gets there.

Plesec, 21, was shot and killed during a crime spree on Saturday.

Authorities believe 27-year-old William Jones pulled the trigger before carjacking four other people in Cleveland and Lakewood.

He's also believed to have shot a 65-year-old woman, according to police.

The service to remember Plesec's life will be held at 6 p.m. at The Salvation Army on 17625 Grovewood Avenue in Cleveland.

The family needs help transporting people from the Euclid Beach Village Apartments to The Salvation Army.

If you have a van or vehicle to help transport people, please call or text (216) 386-1464 or send a message to the WKYC Facebook page.

Doors for the service open at 5 p.m.
