CLEVELAND -- An American Airlines flight remained grounded at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport due to the smell of smoke Thursday morning.
An airline spokesperson said the flight was scheduled to depart to Charlotte, but remained grounded in Cleveland.
All passengers exited the plane via stairs.
Maintenance crews are inspecting plane.
