CLEVELAND -- Good news!
Five-year-old Rihanna Todd, who was reported missing in Cleveland, is back home safe.
Authorities say she was returned to her mother's home in the 3300 block of E. 142 St. around 7:45 a.m. Monday by the babysitter.
The babysitter, identified as Barbara Whitlow, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.

Rihanna was reported missing around 4 p.m. Sunday. She had been with her babysitter at the time.
Rihanna's mother, Leana Todd, tells WKYC she was at work and came home to find her child gone. The mother also says the babysitter is her best friend, and has never left the home with her child when she watches her.
An AMBER Alert has not been issued because police said the circumstances did not meet the requirements.
Police are at the scene.
