A 21-year-old has been arrested after a car crashed into a Parma home early Thursday morning.
According to police, David Pashkovskiy of North Ridgeville was driving his car along Twin Lakes Drive, when he lost control, skidded off the road and struck the home.
Officials responded to the scene, the 8300 block of Thornton Drive, around 12:48 a.m. and found Pashkovskiy's 2010 red Honda partially inside the living room.
At the scene, a strong odor of gas was detected and the residents of the home were evacuated.
The Parma Fire Department determined that a gas line had been severed.
Two others were in the car with Pashkovskiy at the time of the crash, but left the scene-- They were later found by officers
Pashkovskiy was later charged with OVI and other traffic charges.
