A 32-year-old man was fatally shot after what Police say was a dice game gone wrong.
Sharda Elmore was fatally shot in the face at 10206 Lamontier Avenue in Cleveland's Buckeye Shaker neighborhood.
Shaker Heights Police arrested the suspect, 35-year-old Charles Franklin, shortly after the incident.
The arrest occurred during a traffic stop where Franklin pointed a gun at officers.
