The Cleveland Police Department is investigating a shooting that critically injured a man Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, a man was walking on Euclid Avenue near East 36 when he realized he was being followed.
The victim confronted the suspect and was then shot and robbed of his phone.
The victim was transported to MetroHealth Hospital and is now in surgery.
