FAIRVIEW PARK -- A driver managed to walk away from an accident after his car fell 20-30 feet down the Rocky River Valley on Saturday afternoon.

The driver was traveling west on Lorain Rd. near the intersection with Story Rd.

He lost control of the vehicle and veered across three lanes of traffic, before going over a guard rail.

The vehicle then fell down the embankment until it was stopped by trees.

Parts of the car could be seen hanging in nearby trees.

The driver walked away from the accident, but was taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution.

Eye witnesses say it appeared the driver may have suffered a medical difficulty, perhaps a diabetic reaction.
