GREEN -- A Green High School student was arrested Wedneday for making threats against his school to an online company.
According to the Summit County Sheriff's Office, the 17-year-old ordered a device for smoking marijuana from an online vendor. Two days later, the student sent an email to the vendor stating he would shoot up his school with an AR-15 if he did not receive his order soon.
The vendor notified the sheriff's office of the threat and student was arrested and charged with telecommunications harassment and making false alarms.
