Cleveland City Councilman Zack Reed made it official on Wednesday, announcing his candidacy for mayor.

Reed joins at least 10 other declared candidates, including 3-time incumbent Mayor Frank Jackson. 

On Wednesday's WKYC Channel 3 News at 11, Councilman Reed joined our Russ Mitchell to talk about why he has decided now is the time to try to unseat Jackson, plus the biggest challenge he faces, and how he addresses concerns about his past drunk driving arrests.
