3 Questions with the executive director of Little Free Library

A seventh-grader from the I Promise news team got the scoop on this global book-sharing movement

AKRON, Ohio — There are over 125,000 Little Free Libraries in the world and one of the newest ones was recently installed at the I Promise School in Akron.

While he was in Akron for the dedication ceremony, Greig Metzger, executive director of the Wisconsin-based Little Free Library nonprofit, sat down for an interview with the I Promise News Team.

During his "Three Questions" interview, Metzger talked about why book sharing is important for communities, why the new Little Free Library at the I Promise School is special, and how people can start their own Little Free Library.

“3 Questions” can be seen on “What’s New” at 5pm on Fridays. The interviews are recorded at the Kaulig Media Lab at the I Promise School. The project is a partnership between Kaulig Companies, LeBron James Family Foundation & WKYC Studios.
