CLEVELAND -- Play ball!

The Cleveland Indians announced Tuesday morning that Dennis Martinez would throw out the first pitch in Game 6 of the World Series at Progressive Field.

Nicknamed "El Presidente," he played for the team in the mid 1990s. WKYC Channel 3's Matt Florjancic caught up with Martinez prior to the start of Game 6 of the Fall Classic:

Former Indians players Kenny Lofton and Carlos Baerga threw out the first pitches in games 1 and 2.

Country star Hunter Hayes will perform the National Anthem.

First pitch is slated for 8:08 p.m.

The Cleveland Indians lead the series 3-2. If the Tribe wins, it will mark the first time the team has won the World Series since 1948.
